Track and analyze within databases, the impact of changes on all costs and pricing categories, to identify cost changes and trends to ensure catering budget targets are achieved
Support internal pricing approval process and documentation for audit purposes, and maintain computer-based controlling systems to ensure pre-defined budgets are effectively utilized
Support development and maintenance of the pricing module by ensuring accurate and timely completion of all pricing-related data in liaison with the regional performance team (all financial data, costs, taxes, rate changes, system thresholds, discounts, etc.), including changes and updates
