Job Description

•Responsibility of establishing Safety Policies
• Ensuring the SOPs are adhered to by GSA/GHA at all times
• No restricted/prohibited cargo is accepted
• Conduct Flight Audits, Station Audits
• Verifying Monthly reports(PCSR) as submitted by GSA
• Ensure Compliance with all regulatory authorities
• Conduct Monthly Meetings with GHAs
• Review daily, weekly & monthly operational reports to ensure proper dissemination,
including incident reports, safety meeting minutes
• Investigate all service failures including cargo/mail mishandling
• Liaise with OCC/Engg/GS/CTO to have optimum utilisation of given space
• Perform routine visits to the various authorities to discuss issues and concerns
• Ensure maintain high levels of Customs Service, maintain integrity in the operation
and effect a smooth running department
• Monitor and audit other smaller stations in their region.

• Graduate & Above
• Minimum 3years experience of Air Cargo Operations at Airport
• Should have undergone Basic Cargo training
• Good Communication skills
• Should have excellent Hands-on experience of MS Office, Cargo Reservation
System, Email etc
• Well versed with Airlines Cargo Operations SOP
• DGR Certified holder would be an added advantage
• Strong customer service skills and detail oriented
• Positive attitude, friendly, outgoing personality & do Multitasking
• Able to work in Shifts
