Job Descriptions of AirAsia Control Tower Officer

• To proactively monitor all delivery movements from origin to destination across our different service types.
• Troubleshoot any possible delays or actual delays
• Actively reach out to stakeholders at all or any points within the supply chain to identify and solve issues
• Work closely with the Delivery Operations executives’ team to understand and evaluate the process
• Monitor and ensure on-time deliveries or orders/shipments.
• Build a community culture with high standards and strong values
• Ensure our service professionalism and availability
• Identify, build, and enforce process improvements to manage the driver operations team effectively
• Troubleshoot and solve issues faced by delivery partners and merchants
• On the weekly performance of the designated hub, including deliveries, fulfillment, and customer experience

• Build a pool of logistics service providers who can support Teleport’s requirements for first-mile delivery, customs declaration and clearance, last-mile delivery and additional logistics services
• Work closely with the Delivery Operations Teams and Growth Teams to define go-to-market strategy, service need,s and priority geographies/routes for door-to-door deliveries
