Meet and greet guests, take drink orders directly from guests or restaurant servers, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and other bar drinks as ordered, and comply with beverage standards.
Whenever necessary, check guest ID to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption to ensure full compliance with Qatar legal requirements.
Prepare the designated bar area, ensuring that this bar is fully equipped with tools and ingredients for preparing drinks.
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish stock to support operational requirements.
