Identify, manage, and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to attain the service quality and revenue objectives of SkyCargo operations within the region.
Provide operational policy guidelines to cargo operations staff to ensure uniformity of cargo operations standards. Investigate, address, and resolve deviations from policy, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are informed
Plan, organized, and direct operational activities for all online & offline points to ensure optimal and efficient cargo operation and productivity, delegating responsibilities to and managing staff and third-party contractors as appropriate and within budget
