Job Responsibilities for Emirates Flight Catering Vacancies

• Operate as the lead point of the day-to-day operation based at the Caterer’s warehouse for all matters specific to the airline’s in-flight catering.
• Build and maintain strong key supplier relationships.
• Take part in in-flight catering-related meetings if required.
• Work very closely with the Head of Cabin Crew and In-Flight Service for better operational delivery.
• Ensure the timely and successful operational rollout of activities according to account objectives – range changes, introduction of new aircraft, opening of new bases, etc.
• Communicate the progress of the account and any initiatives to internal stakeholders.
• Work very closely with internal stakeholders mainly Flight Operations to deliver the best service onboard.
• Do bar audits to ensure that the loading of bars is according to the agreed plan.
• Responsible for assisting with stock management of ambient products as required.
• Responsible to ensure that all flights depart with at least 2 Epos machines or as required by the company
• Monthly stock taking
• All items purchased as per agreed specifications
• Take feedback from the crew and action as required
• All flights (bars/food/boutique/atlas boxes) loaded as per agreed specifications and requirements
• Support In-flight Catering Manager with the monthly invoicing process
• Quality checks on bar and food temperatures
• Quality checks on Business Class, crew meals, and fresh food products
• Checks on consumption of products on board
• Support with SLA reporting as per the catering contract
• Manage special flight uplift especially if different from the standard flight uplift
• Service checks on Air Malta catering equipment and process management
• Periodic stock-take of Air Malta catering equipment
• Any other duties as requested by the Company
