To monitor, control, and report operational activities at the Hub.
Ensure that specific tasks are carried out at the Airport, Aircraft, and Cargo facilities in line with the organisational protocol, policies, and programmes.
Ensure that security services provided to Emirates and Other Airlines – OAL, at the boarding gate, aircraft (below and above the wing), and cargo facilities are properly supervised, and any security-related issues are proficiently resolved.
Oversee and supervise the EK Lost & Found items operations. Ensure that all items are well protected, logged, transferred, and dispatched to the owner efficiently without any delay or complaint.
To respond to security incidents or breaches and lead the resolution process, including liaising with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
To conduct investigations into security incidents at the Hub Ops and prepare detailed reports. Ensure all incidents are properly logged and escalated where required.
To work closely with airline representatives, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated security approach.
To conduct regular briefings and debriefings with Hub Ops security staff to ensure awareness of procedures and any potential threats.
