• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in alignment with organisational directives; maintain professional decorum and report concerns to the line manager.
• Prepare and submit detailed shift reports to the line manager, covering activities, incidents, tasks, and stakeholder communications during shifts.
• Enforce compliance with quality, safety, customer service, and security standards, and take appropriate corrective action for violations or unsafe practices as per company policies.
