- All the males and females can apply for FlyBig ground staff.
- You should have an Indian National, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card
- The minimum Age of 18 years to apply for a FlyBig career as a ground staff
- Minimum Height of 155 cm
- You should complete your graduate from a recognized board
- Excellent Health & Fitness
- Fluency in Spoken and written English & Hindi
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within the team

- FlyBig Preference AVSEC Screeners with valid certification (optional)
