Degree in a discipline related to computer science or a computer science-related discipline. In addition, they have 06 years of work experience in the system management domain.

OR

Two years of university diploma in the area related to work experience with 08 years.

OR

There are 12 years of experience in YI / Aviation for specific licenses and similar tasks in the field related to Certificate / High School Certificate.

Skills/Knowledge

• Proficiency  in English (Reading and Writing)
• Data Centre infrastructure design, operation, and management of specialized knowledge and certification e.g. Certified Data Centre Expert (CDCE)
• Microsoft Certification in Windows Server Administration
• Business Continuity Certification
• Excellent expertise in physical and virtual server and storage environments
• You should be an expert in managing and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and UNIX platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of MS SQL database management
• Very Good knowledge of networking and security appliances.
• Good knowledge of ITIL Processes and Procedures
• Work experience in DR solutions such as storage replication, sending SQL records etc.
• Working experience in managing different version of Microsoft Exchange
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
