• All candidates who will pass the interview. He/ She will be responsible for providing quality services to the Qatar Airways passengers to check-in, special services, lounge, boarding, and baggage services to the passengers according to the commercial and safety standards and procedures and will ensure that their luggage is invariable.
• Act as the first contact between the airline and its customers as well as stakeholders and agents who may need assistance with questions, portray QR image to the highest standard.
• Be visible to ensure that the highest level of service, and products are provided professionally.
• Ensure that the operations of the airport meet airline standards, policies, and procedures that meet the local and internal security and safety standards and conform to the aviation regulatory requirements.
• You should ensure that cargo handling runs smoothly and efficiently for cargo operation.
• Monitor all check-ins and gate activities that ensure accurate, service-oriented approvals and boarding of passengers.
• Ensure the smooth handling of customer service at the station.
• Contact ramps and GHA employees in all areas and support the airport services supervisor.
• Brief GHA on new procedures and ensure that they have been implemented correctly and completely.
• Ensures that the needed pre and post-flight administration is conducted timely, recording efficiently all flight activities.
• Assist passengers regarding entry requirements, visas, and resident permits.
• Ensure passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities.
