Requirement Criteria of Airport Ground Crew

• Must be in good standing in current position (no formal performance development – Written Coaching Letter, Corrective Action Notice, or Final
• Corrective Action notice – within the past 6 months). ​
• Has not transferred in the past six months from current department in current station. This requirement can be waived for promotional opportunities such as SA to CSA/CXA or CSA/CXA to Specialty CSA/CXA.​
• Must be in current role for at least 1 year if transferring from outside of the ACS/CGO/Clean/GSE division.
• ​Currently on active status, however, if you are on an inactive status, you may be eligible to transfer if you are returned to active status prior to the transfer date.​
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment and assessment requirements if applicable.
• ​If you recently accepted an offer within ACS/CGO/Clean/GSE division and retracted it after 72 hours of acceptance, you are required to wait 6 months to be eligible for a new role.

• Promote on-site Delta safety and environmental compliance.
• Repair/assemble ULDs including aluminum and lightweight containers, heavy-duty pallets.
• Repair ground handling equipment and galley carts, according to manuals.
• Adhere to Component Maintenance Manuals guidance.
• Comply with FAA and company policies and procedures.
• Perform Pallet Straightening.
• Execute routine and non-routine tasks independently.
• Maintain clean work area free of debris and well organized.
• Ensure system security of the electronic recordkeeping system for maintenance actions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Station Manager/Supervisor
