The customer relations team handles customer queries, responses, and complaints. The role forces the customer to receive email / social media posts and resolve the customer’s issue appropriately. This may include investigations from other departments and interdepartmental coordination.
The holder of this position needs to apply a customer-centric approach with product and process knowledge and solve the customer’s problem within a set timeframe. The average first reaction time and time is taken to solve cases are the major performance matrices with the qualitative aspects. They are expected to have good English writing and comprehension skills.
- Handling customer relation emails for resolving disputes
- Managing Social Media brand handles for responding to customer queries and issues
- Coordinating with inter departments for investigation and information
- Maintaining MIS for the cases resolved
- Calling the customer to maintain Turn around time
- Minimum 1-4 years of work experience
- Graduate from a recognized university
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Aviation
- Familiar with social media platforms- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc
