Qatar Airways Cargo Supervisor Job Description

You will report to the Cargo Duty Officer / Duty Manager-QAS Cargo and will support establishing and providing the Cargo Operational Standard. You will recommend practices to provide quality service according to the needs of customers, ensure safety, and monitor and measure procedures against policies. You will conduct cargo audits report results, and take action to improve the smooth running of the cargo terminal day operations.

You should be able to control, guide, coach, organize, and supervise employees under your jurisdiction and ensure that QAS cargo continuously provides total customer satisfaction with quality excellence.
