Requirement Criteria for Qatar Airways Pilot

• All the applicants must be Qatari nationals or have a Qatari mother.
• You must have completed a minimum of 18 years to a maximum of 26 years at the time of starting the MPL course.
• Must have a Secondary School Education Certificate corresponding to the Ministry of Education & Higher
• In the Secondary School Education grading scale with an average of 70% or higher.
• Minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 4.5 overall and no less than 4.5 in each component to be eligible to join the Foundation Programme of Qatar Airways cadet pilot program.
• High school students who have graduated must complete compulsory national service and obtain an official approval letter issued by the Qatar National Services Authority.
• You must be clear of all the entry-level exams and placement tests of Qatar Airways.
• Also, you must clear the Qatar Airways interview.
• Must be able to obtain a QCAA class 1 medical certificate.
• Must be able to obtain a CID clearance certificate.

The applicant may be eligible for direct entry to major in meeting entry requirements of Qatar Airways and the Approved Training Organisation.

Know About the Qatar Airways Cadet Pilot Program

1. The Cadet Pilot Program offers fully-funded scholarships to sons/daughters of Qatari citizens and Qatari mothers to obtain QCAA multi-crew pilot licenses and become future professional pilots in the world’s five-star airline.
2. This scholarship is available only to selected “high caliber” candidates and aims to develop them into professional airline pilots who will play an important role in the growth of Qatar Airways fleet and take a lead role in Qatar’s premier airline.
3. Comprehensive training includes a maximum of 1-year foundation study (if required) and approximately 18 months of studying a Major (MPL) in a major-approved training organization in Qatar or a foreign state.

• A valid Qatari ID card (Bring a copy of the front and back page)
• Copy of your Passport
• Copy of Birth Certificate if the applicant is the son/daughter of a Qatari mother.

• Copy of National Service Clearance
• Copy of your Guarantor’s Valid Qatari ID Card (Front and Back page)
• Copy of Equivalency Certificate from Supreme Education Council (if applicable)
• Copy of your Guarantor’s Valid Passport
• Other Relevant Documents\Certificates\Licenses
