REQUIREMENTS
- Open to all Nationalities
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ level, polytechnic diploma or degree. In addition, you have to demonstrate English, mathematics, and science, preferably physics (at least with GCE ‘level or at least equivalent credit in its equivalent)
- GCC without O ‘level or its equivalent for candidates without credit in English, you must present additional proof of English proficiency:
- o IELTS – Minimum Band 7 (out of 9); or
- o TOEFL – Minimum score: Computer-based – 250, Paper Version – 600; or o Certificate of Completion for the English Language Course
- The myopia of not more than 600 degrees and astigmatism of not more than 200 degrees per eye
TRAINING
Successful candidates will be trained to acquire either an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) or a Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) in pilot training schools in Singapore and abroad. Full board and accommodation will be provided. Upon receiving ATPL or MPL, you will go through further training to become the first officer. SELECTION PROCESS
All interviews will be held in Singapore. Applicants go through five steps in a medical examination along with an online application, initial interview, qualification test, and final interview with senior management.

During the training, a monthly allowance will be provided. On appointment as the first officer, you will enjoy a competitive salary with various allowances and benefits.

BOND
Successful candidates will be required to serve the SIA, SilkAir, or SIA cargo (as the case may be) for a period of 7 years from the date of training and the date of appointment as the first officer.
