• Multi-crew PIC hours: minimum 1,500hrs (PICUS not included)
• A320F PIC hours: minimum 500hrs (PICUS not included)

• Valid ICAO CPL/ATPL with A320F Type Rating
• IR valid (or previous SIM Skill Test)

Job Description of VietJet Simulator Flight Instructor

1. Instruct Airline Crews converting to Vietjet and Airbus on all operational and technical aspects for a specific type (or types) using: Fixed Base Simulators, Flight Training Devices, Full flight Simulators
2. Lecture rooms, in order to ensure the crews can carry out safely and efficiently all normal and abnormal procedures in adherence to Vietjet and Airbus Standards as defined by Training Policy.
3. Adhere to Vietjet and Airbus Standards as defined by the Training Policy.
4. Instruct the Crews within the defined time limits.
5. Evaluate the Crew’s progression.
6. Report to the Head of Flight Training any problem encountered.
7. Give any extra sessions recommended by the Head of Flight Training.
8. Delivery (after indoctrination) of other specific courses such as ETOPS, Performance, CRM, and ELT… depending on Training demand and on Management request.
9. The need should be, to participate in course development or in Standardization Instruction.
10. Ensures his/her professional and technical bits of knowledge are maintained at the operational level to ensure efficient training.
11. In coordination with the Head of Flight, ensure that his / her SFI qualifications are up to date.
12. Delivers training to bring the Crews to the proper Standard as defined by the Training Policy.
13. Meets the KPI criteria defined by the Head of Flight Training
14. Support Safety initiatives related to Training and Flight Operations Support as part of the Safety management activity, including contribution to the Product Safety Process (PSP) and Safety Management System (SMS).
