Now here you can find out the Eligibility Criteria and Requirements for Cabin Crew and Ground Staff below –

A. Cabin Crew

•   Eligibility Criteria

1. Female Indian nationals, with Indian Passports, between 18 to 27 Years of age.
2. Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination, from a recognized Board or University.
3. Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in English and Hindi.
4. Height: Minimum of 155 cm, with proportionate weight, as per BMI.
5. Appearance: Clear skin, positive body language, and well-groomed. No visible scars or tattoos.

• Requirements

1. Please wear a Half-sleeve Shirt and a knee-length well-fitted Skirt with black stockings. However, candidates are requested to take adequate precautions against any adverse weather conditions.
2. Candidate must carry, a passport-size photograph, 10th and 12th Mark Sheets from a recognized Board or University, a Photocopy of a Pan Card, and a Passport.
3. Carry a copy of your updated resume.

B. Ground Staff

•   Eligibility Criteria

1. Education Qualification: Graduates
2. Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Aptitude, Open to work in rotational shifts, Able to work under pressure
3. Airport Operations Experience preferred
4. Kindly refer local residents only
5. No visible tattoo marks/body art
6. Age – 20 to 25 years
7. Interviewed candidates can reapply after 6months

• Requirement

1. Customer Service – Good Communication, Pleasing Personality and Well versed in customer dealing.
2. Security Officer – Adaptable to all weather conditions, Place of work can be either at the Terminal or Apron and preferred BASIC AVSEC, Screener, NCC background candidates.
3. RAMP Officer – Adaptable to all weather conditions, Place of work can be either at the Terminal or Apron and preferred Load & Trim licensed also 12th Science background candidate.
