DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

Saudi Airlines’ cabin assistants are responsible for the safety and comfort of the passengers throughout the flight and continuously provide the highest standards which contribute to the overall customer experience. And make a trust for the passengers of the airline.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF MALE CABIN CREW

1. Provide information, guidance, and assistance to passengers onboard aircraft for safety and comfort.
2. Ensure continuous delivery of the product on the board.
3. Hello customers, check their tickets and go to their seats with them.
4. Prepare and serve passengers, drinks, and meals.
5. Present emergency equipment and give instructions.
6. Monitor and secure the cabin regularly.
7. Follow all aviation rules and regulations regarding safety and security.
8. Provide special assistance to travelers with special needs (children, disabled people, elderly people, etc.).
9. Take the initiative to address difficult issues.
10. Contribute to the delivery of the cabin crew customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MALE FLIGHT ATTENDANT

1. Saudi Nationals only.
2. Previous experience is not required.
3. Able to reach 212 cm arm reach without shoes.
4. Minimum high school certification or any higher education of high school degree.
5. Weight and height proportionate (by SAUDIA standards).
6. Sloth English of oral and written understanding; Another language is an additional benefit.
7. Physically FIT to work as a cabin attendant.
8. No tattoos or body piercings that would be visible whilst wearing the SAUDIA uniform, bandages, and cosmetic coverings are not permitted.
9. Customer service-oriented.
10. Excellent personal; presentation, style, and image.
11. The ability and ability to solve difficulties in handling difficult situations.
12. Excellent communication skills.
13. 21-30 years old (by Hijri calendar).

BENEFITS OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS OF SAUDI AIRLINES

During Training:

Monthly compensation, in addition to medical insurance and travel tickets as per SAUDIA Air Transport Company policy (For Trainee Only)

After Successful Training

The candidate is hired under the SAUDIA Air Transport Company in grade (6), and assigned to the position of “Cabin Attendant”. Benefits and compensation will be as follows:

• Monthly basic salary according to the following:

–          High-School Degree: SAR 5855

–          Diploma Degree: SAR 6385

– Bachelor’s Degree or higher: SAR 6915

• Transportation allowance: SAR 400 Monthly.
• Housing allowance: 3 monthly basic salaries per annum.
• Medical Insurance for Employees and Qualified Dependents (As per SAUDIA Air Transport Company policy).
• Also, provide Productivity and travel allowance to the staff (As per SAUDIA Air Transport Company policy).
• Travel voucher for employees and eligible dependents (As per SAUDIA Air Transport Company policy).
