Job Responsibilities of Reservations Executive
- Should handle inbound and outbound calls of external and internal customers about bookings, reschedulements, queries, complaint handling, and facilitation over the call.

- Adherence to departmental productivity standards.
- Offering/ selling competitive prices & packages to customers, as and when required.
