- Issuance of manual & system-generated EMDs / manual documents for Etihad & OAL (customer airlines) operating out of Abu Dhabi International Airport.
- Ticketing functions for Etihad – Issuance/re-issuance of tickets & ancillaries using Amadeus reservations desktop.
