• Minimum Education should be 10+2 or above.
• Must be Indian Nationals only.
• Applicant must be Qualified 12 DAYS BASIC AVSEC COURSE QUALIFIED PERSONNEL CERTIFICATE.
• Working experience in any airline in a similar position will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria For Trujet Cabin Crew

• All the applicants should have cleared their 10+2 examination from a recognized board or university.
• Minimum 18 years plus age applicants can apply for these jobs.
• Should be in excellent medical condition (Class II as per DGCA).
• Eyesight should be normal.

Job Responsibility of Cabin Crew

1. In-flight Management & Administration
2. Overall management of the In-flight and Training Department.
3. Attend Operation duty at the airport

6. Lead departmental Budget including Manpower budgeting and Cost initiatives
7. Contribute to Catering Initiatives & BOB procedures
8. Create Ancillary Revenues
9. Manage smooth operations with a minimum available crew
10. Reduce Complaints and Enhance Customer Satisfaction by incorporating feedback given by the Customer Service Department
11. Ensure General discipline and proper turn out of Cabin crew
12. Liaise with other departments to contribute to on-time performance
13. Processing leave applications for Cabin Crew
14. Look into the issue and re-issue and other uniform requirements of Cabin crew and maintain records
15. Carry out spot/surprise checks and counseling Cabin crew
16. The welfare of Cabin Crew Motivation and Mentoring
17. Overseeing Crew Scheduling & Maintenance of Crew FDTL
18. Training
19. Manage SEP, & In-flight Service Training Professionals
20. Identify potential SEP Instructors and get them Approved by DGCA
21. Conduct Instructor Recurrent Training and examine them on their knowledge, Skills, and Attitude.
22. Ensure Instructors are proficient to carry out Safety Training
23. Ensure Instructor Approval has its validity
24. Design and Develop Training Programs/courses
25. Ensure all crew is current in their Training.
