While there was a difference in their experience, age, and nationality, there was usually one thing: they were passionate about this job, and they all wanted to know what they really needed to do to increase their chances of success. I was planning to write an article about some activities on the cabin crew assessment day, but I realized that many of you are just starting on this road, so we need to do the basics.

5. FINAL INTERVIEW

  8. What is your greatest strength?
  9. What is your greatest weakness?
  10. How would you describe yourself?
  11. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a co-worker who wasn’t doing his/her fair share of the work. What did you do and what was the outcome?
  12. How do you handle stress and pressure?
  13. Tell me about a time that you helped someone.
  14. What motivates you?
  15. Are you a team player or a team leader?
  16. Why do you want to be a flight attendant?
  17. When was the last time you were angry?
  18. What can you contribute to this company?
  19. Why should we hire you?
  20. How long do you expect to remain employed with this company?

Review these questions and consider a reasonable response based on your skills and experience.

There are no precise answers that will fit everyone, but keep in mind that a successful candidate has a set of skills required for the position of the cabin crew: great communication skills, working in a team, staying calm during stressful situations Becoming vocal and cultural awareness.
