If you are not currently employed by one of these companies, submit your request for the pilot (only for AC pilots except AC express) (18853).

Be the first to become a captain, the first officer, or the relay pilot, the number one priority of the Air Canada pilot, is to safely complete each flight with the proper views on the comfort and timely performance of the passengers.

While there are approximately 80 flying hours in the normal working month, pilots spend many extra hours on terrestrial tasks such as flying on terrestrial works, preparing for departure for aircraft, and completing post-flight reports. One-day work can vary from long-distance international flights to a sequence of small domestic flights. Reservation service, in which the pilot is “on the call”, can also be assigned.

Air Canada pilots operate on four crew grounds: Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, or Vancouver. Basic priorities are given in senior priorities, so pilots should be ready to move to be assigned. Pilots usually start their career as the first officer on a domestic plane or as relay pilots on long-distance international flights.
