Quikjet Airlines is a full-cargo airline, which is based in Bengaluru. It’s also known as Quikjet Cargo. The airline was founded in 1978 but it commenced its operation in 2016.

Requirement Criteria for Quikjet Airlines Careers

• All applicants must have completed 10+2 with Science from a recognized Board or University.
• A science graduate is preferable.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in airline operations with a cargo airline covering an appropriate combination of international and domestic cargo handling, aircraft ramp handling operations, airport services, and customer service exposure experience.
• Knowledge of air freight and aircraft ramp handling requirements and procedures and airport coordination.
• Knowledge and experience in cargo palletization, movement of palletized cargo, shoring, tiedown, and loading of special and non-standard cargo.
• Knowledge of DGCA/IATA /ICAO Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Preferred training/ course – Load & Trim, DGR, SMS, Supply Chain Management ( preferable)

Quikjet Airlines Jobs Descriptions

• Ensuring cargo is received, screened, prepared for flight, and delivered as per prescribed procedures.
• Inspect incoming cargo and check import/export documentation to determine cargo contents and identify hidden or suspicious DG.
• Ensuring load sheets are prepared as per the W&B manual and DGCA requirements.
• Safely monitor and supervise the loading and offloading of aircraft by ground handling personnel.
• Timely preparation of loading/unloading instructions, load sheets, NOTOC, and any other documents required by the crew.
• Safely filing of load, LIR and trim, and the dangerous goods documents at stations.
• Coordinate with MCC for GPU and ground support vehicles/equipment for maintenance requirements.
• Monitor usage of chargeable services like GPU etc. and maintain an accurate record of its usage.
• Observe safe ground-handling procedures and maintenance of ground service equipment, including the performance of equipment checks.
• Inspect service providers’ equipment to ensure the same is serviceable for safe operation.
• Perform duties of a ramp agent.
• Coordinate with MCC for any additional requirements for ground support equipment during AOG recovery.
• Be familiar with OCC manuals and procedures and always advise OCC of ground-level realities in terms of preparing aircraft and cargo for a timely departure.
• Assist the Station manager in day-to-day activities.
