• Club Vistara members earn Tier Points and CV Points per INR 100 as per their tier status on the base fare of Vistara flights.
• Club Vistara members earn CV Points on every flight with Vistara and its partners.

• CV Platinum and Gold members can call the Vistara Customer Service Centre (operational 24X7) at +91 8130088888.

• Members of Club Vistara Platinum and Gold are entitled to a guaranteed seat in the economy class. For CV Platinum members, in any area flown by Vistara, a request must be raised at least 24 hours prior to departure. CV Gold members will be required to pick up the request 48 hours prior to departure. This benefit only applies if the entitled CV member is unable to secure a seat in business class or premium economy. If a seat is available in Business Class or Premium Economy within 24/48 hours of flight, members will need to purchase the same.
• The waitlist clearance priority will be given to the members of Club Vistara based on their status and is subject to availability. In case of equal category, preference will be given to the member who had earlier booked the ticket.
• Members of Club Vistara Platinum and Gold can make changes to their existing direct bookings at no additional charge. Please note that the fare difference, if any, will apply. This benefit is used by CV Platinum members to make 2 changes per booking for travel within and outside India and 1 change per booking for travel within India by CV Gold members, up to 24 hours before departure. can go. • Club Vistara Platinum, Gold and Silver members can check-in 1 additional piece of baggage, when flying Economy Lite, in addition to the baggage allowance as per fare rules. However, additional piece of baggage is not applicable for CV Platinum, Gold and Silver members flying Premium Economy and Business Class fares.
• Club Vistara Platinum members are entitled to bring one companion to Vistara and/or partner lounges when flying international on Vistara. However, the companion should also be flying international on Vistara on the same day. 
• We have partnered with lounges across airports. CV Platinum and CV Gold members may access these lounges. Members are requested to check for the availability of the lounge at the respective airport of departure.
• To reward CV members who retain their elite tier, CV Platinum, Gold, and Silver members will earn 5, 3, and 1 One-Class Upgrade voucher(s) respectively on renewing their tier status.
