- Willing to work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
- The candidate should be a Filipino citizen or have a relevant residence status.
- Candidate should have a Bachelor’s course or at least 4 years of college course preferably any tourism or travel-related course.
- You should have a minimum of three years of travel industry experience, either from a BPO which is travel-related, or from a genuine travel agency.
- If you have an IATA certification it would be a plus in Basic or Advanced Standard Fares or ticketing.
- You must have Experience in handling leisure travel reservations.
- Experience in at least one GDS and its native environment.
- Must demonstrate competencies in sales and customer service skills
- Must have a minimum of 30 WPM typing speed
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications especially Word and Excel.
- Superior customer service skills with previous training in this category (preferably with certificates)
- Strong international routing knowledge and expertise in world geography.
- Knowledgeable in the travel industry terms and concepts.
- Above-average mathematical competencies
The Job Purpose of Dnata Travel Staff
- Successful completion of the initial training program as well as any concurrent training related to the job role.
- Answer all calls and emails assigned to skill sets trained for.
- Booking and ticketing according to holiday travel customers.
- Liaising with suppliers for troubleshooting and non-air transactions.
- Be able to analyze travel-related data and provide analysis and intelligence to customers.
- Identify potential fraudulent transactions affecting the business bottom line based on known red flags.
- Work on crisis management during unpleasant events related to any product sold by the department.
- Be able to build fares on a transaction basis for flights, hotels, and other products and add applicable taxes surcharges, and markups.
- To be able to sell the following products via email to customers and call customers from dnata.
- Be able to obtain all agreed metrics for the line of business.
