Job Description of Travel Consultant

• Answer all calls and emails assigned to the skill set training for
• Booking and ticketing as per the Leisure Travel Customers
• Troubleshoot and liaise with suppliers for non-air transactions
• Be able to analyze travel-related data and provide analysis and intelligence to customers
• Be able to manually construct fares and add applicable taxes and surcharges and markups as necessary on a per-transaction basis for flights, hotels, and other products.
• Identify potentially fraudulent transactions that impact the business bottom line based on known red flags
• Acts on crisis management during untoward incidences pertaining to any product sold by the department.
• Successful completion of the initial training program as well as any concurrent training related to the job role
• Be able to be competent in selling the following products to customers via email and calls to customers from dnata.
• Be able to achieve all agreed metrics for the line of business.
