Airport Customer Service Jobs Description for Freshers

  • Providing support to customers on arrival and departure, ensuring high quality and professional customer service is maintained at all times. These include identifying the needs of different categories of customers such as unlimited minor, low mobility customers, etc., which ensure special services and facilities suitable to meet the customer’s special service needs.
  • After arrival, deploy the operation of the backside-driven limousine airport for eligible customers and open the Emirates Arrival Information Desk.
  • Monitor arrival immigration problems, retrieve relevant documentation, and accordingly ensure all procedures related to travel, immigration, and safety rules. Monitor check-in with ‘queue-combs’ to inform clients about the delay, to identify and prioritize premium customers, and maintain service standards.
  • To help prepare and complete the pre and post-flight documentation and statistical information to ensure that all the data is accurate.
  • Provide cover in the absence of senior team members during the leave/illness/ training guided by the airport service officer or other senior associates.
  • Assistance in tackling problems such as delays, interruptions, extra luggage or unapproved boarding, including the implementation of ‘ays option’ within the guidelines on duty given by senior staff to maintain trust and loyalty of customers. Also, ensure that the eligible customers are provided with accommodation and transportation as per the applicable procedures.
  • As per the procedures, as per the prescribed procedures, boarding on gates, assist in boarding, provide announcements and hand luggage, handling late-to-gate customers, secure coupon and reconciliation to confirm the headcount safe and timely Departure. Of flights.
