So, Indigo recently hiring Airport Operations and Customer Services officer for the different place in India. bellow I have mentioned the details of attending the interview. and best of luck to all the Aviation Dreamer friends. go and try to give your 100%, you will get the success.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Required education qualification is graduates from any recognized University or Board.
• Desired Skills: All the candidate should have  Customer Service Aptitude, good Communication Skills, Open to work in rotational shifts, Able to work under pressure etc.
• If you have any Airport Operations Experience, It will be preferred for the airlines.
• Airlines need local residents only. (But if you are from the different city then you should relocate to an interview local area and you have to show the valid local address on your CV/Resume)
• No visible body art or tattoo is allowed to attend the interview. (after wearing the uniform of indigo if it’s visible then only you are not allowed. But if it’s not visible then its ok)
• The Age Criteria of Indigo is – 20 to 25 years.
  
• If you have attended an interview within the last 6 month and you were selected in the 1st round and then ejected from 2nd,3rd or 4th round then you can apply after 6 months only.

Requirement Skill to Apply for Indigo Airline Careers as AOCS

Customer Services Officer

1. Good Communication, Pleasing Personality is required for a CSO position.
2. Well-versed in customer dealing.

Security Officer

1. You should be Adaptable to all weather conditions Because the place of work can be either at the Terminal or Apron.
2. If you have Basic AVSEC, Screener, NCC background then it will be good for you.

Ramp Officer

1. You should be Adaptable to all weather conditions Because the place of work can be either at the Terminal or Apron.
2. If you have Load & Trim license, 12th Science background then it will be good for you.
